My Sweet Paris works without an account, without forms and without geolocation. We collect as little data as possible.

What we store on your device

• Your language (cookie “msp_lang”, 12 months): remembers French or English when you use the FR / EN switch. Strictly necessary for the feature you asked for, no prior consent required.
• Your audience-measurement choice (local storage “msp_consent”): remembers whether you accepted or declined, so we do not ask again on every page.

No advertising cookies are used.

Audience measurement

We measure visits with an in-house tool, without cookies or identifiers: for each page view we record only the page, the date, the site you came from (e.g. Google), the device type (mobile, tablet, computer), the language and an approximate location (country, region, city) derived from the connection by our host. Your IP address is not kept, no profile is built, and the data, used only as aggregated statistics, is deleted after 13 months. In line with CNIL guidelines, this measurement is exempt from consent. You can object by writing to reservation@hotelconcortel.com.

Weather

The weather shown is for the hotel's location: it is computed on the server, without ever asking for your position.

YouTube videos

Videos only load when you click on them, through the "youtube-nocookie.com" domain. From that click, Google (YouTube) may process data under its own privacy policy.

Links to third-party services

Booking buttons (hotel, restaurants via Google), Strava, G7 and the official websites of venues open third-party services. Any data you enter there is processed by those services under their own policies.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, the host processes technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) for security and to run the service, for a limited period. Vercel may process this data in the United States, under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. Write to reservation@hotelconcortel.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
