A corner of Aveyron in Bercy

A stone's throw from Bercy, on rue Gabriel Lamé, L'Auberge Aveyronnaise takes you all the way to the Aubrac without leaving Paris. It was opened in 1996 by Georges and Andrée Bouet, both from the Aveyron, and it is now run by its partners, Fabien and Cédric. Stone walls and checked tablecloths: you step into a real country inn.

Aligot, the house star

People come here first for the aligot: mashed potatoes stretched with tome cheese, a speciality of the Aubrac, traditionally served with sausage. It arrives in big copper pans and is served in long ribbons, a show in itself. To finish, the mille-feuille follows a recipe left by the founder.

Who is it for?

  • Lovers of generous regional cooking, for a warming autumn dinner.
  • Tables of friends or family.
  • Anyone heading to a concert or a game at the Accor Arena, or strolling around Bercy Village and Parc de Bercy.

How to get there from the Concortel?
